I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr.Nayana and her team at Istavedaa.I had approached her couple of months ago as I felt quite stagnated and tired all the time. I had digestion issues and disturbed sleep and pale skin. I was also prediabetic / borderline diabetis. Dr. Nayana patiently listened to my issues, took my medical history in detail , did nadi pariksha to arrive at diagnosis and prescribing treatment.As part of the treatment I underwent Virechana procedure at her clinic. The treatment went smooth , she was always available on phone and WhatsApp if I had any queries guiding and motivating me to stay on track. Post virechana treatment, I felt lighter and more energetic which showed improvement in my atheletics. Digestion issues was also solved and felt proper hunger at meal times too.
